Negative: We stayed in apartment 224/4 at the Benal Beach Hotel for one week.The apartment had recently been renovated and was kept in good condition, with all household appliances working properly. The furniture on the balcony needed to be updated and two chairs were not safe to sit on, as they could break.The TV was large, but only Spanish channels were available. The Wi-Fi speed was good, with download speeds of 46 Mbps and return speeds of 34.1 Mbps.Three of the pans looked like they had rarely been used but showed signs of wear and tear on their non-stick coatings. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the apartment.
Summary: All in all, we enjoyed a lovely stay in the apartment. 🙂

Positive: The apartment was very nice clean and modern . Suitable for my husband and three grandsons. The location is very good . The pool area is very nice and the arcade ideal for teenagers .
Negative: Would have been nice to have a more relaxing seat on the balcony and more pillows in the apartment. It was a shame the pool slides aren’t open at this time of the year but the boys enjoyed the arcade.
Summary: A new enjoyable few days away in a good apartment that was ideally situated with nice pool area.
